With over 21 years of experiences in business consulting, Mr Hai takes now the position as the head of the Investment & business consulting practice of the firm. Before joining Vision & Associates, Mr Hai used works for other consulting firms.
As a business consultant, Mr Hai specializes in many phases of business setting up and project development in Vietnam. His particular strengths are in the field of foreign direct investment, business idea & finalization, market studies and analyses, feasibility studies, equitization/ privatization & restructuring .
Mr Hai has directly and indirectly involved in dozens of foreign direct investment projects in Vietnam to which foreign investors name Cargill, IBM, AIG, NEC, Ebara, Mishubishi, BHP, etc.. Mr Hai also participated in a number of technical assistance projectsand programmes funded by foreign governments and organizations including DFID, DANIDA, NORAD, GTZ, SIDA, WB, IFC, MPDF, ADB, etc...
