Ms Xuan is a partner of Vision & Associates with over 10 years of experiences in legal practice. Her particular strengths are in the fields of foreign direct investment, corporate, taxation, banking & finance,  employment relations, representative offices of foreign traders in Vietnam, health and pharmaceuticals, product registration/notification.

Ms Xuan has been actively involved as a local lawyer and/or consultant in a number of foreign investment projects to which foreign investors include Vestergaard Frandsend, EGS, Pumyang Construction, Tokyo Components, Nortel, etc., and in a number of assignments and programmes funded by donors including GTZ, WB, ADB, USTDA, AFD, DANIDA, etc., relating to legal advices and researches, legal supports to private sector development and business start-up, and other commercial and corporate issues.
