With over 10 years of experience in intelletual property law, Mrs. Dzung Nguyen takes now position as the Manager, Intellectual Property Practice of Vision & Associates. Before joining the firm, Mrs. Dzung Nguyen used to work for another big IP firm in Vietnam.
As a Patent Attorney, Mrs. Dzung Nguyen specializes in various aspects of international and Vietnamese intellectual property laws, including patent laws, especially in patent drafting, patent prosecution, patent refusal/cancellation, opposition/appeal, invalidation, maintenance, and other patent-related matters especially in chemistry, chemical engineering, life science, biotechnology, biochemistry, and pharmacology.
