Mr Hieu is a partner of Vision & Associates with 12 years of experience in legal practice. His particular strengths are in the fields of foreign direct investment, corporate, M&As, securities & capital markets, private equity, technology, media & telecommunications, commercial dispute resolutions/ litigation, insolvency & restructuring. Mr Hieu has been actively involved as a local lawyer and/ or consultant in a number of foreign investment projects to which foreign investors include Motorola, Yokogawa, Basf, BVQI, Nortel, etc., and in a number of assignments and programmes funded by donors including GTZ, WB, ADB, USTDA, AFD, DANIDA, etc., relating to legal advices and researches, legal supports to private sector development and business start-up, and other commercial and corporate issues.
