We provide clients with a full range of services including legal advice and research on all areas of laws, review and drafting of legal documents, attending to administrative procedures with State authorities, attending to negotiations with clients, and representing clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings for resolving disputes.
Our Intellectual Property Practice Group deals with all aspects of IP rights, copyright and and domain name in Vietnam. Our services include research and advice on IP laws, filing and prosecution of applications for trademarks, designs, patents, copyright and Internet domain names; availability searches, assignments and renewals; initiating procedures for oppositions and cancellations; negotiation and drafting of contracts on licensing, technology transfer, franchising and distribution; and taking enforcement and anti-counterfeit action. We also assist clients in IP right enforcement by providing monitoring and “watching” services in respect of infringements and counterfeit of clients’ IP rights.

In May 2010 Vision & Associates received two highly coveted awards, the Chambers Asia’s Law Firm of the Year for Vietnam 2010 award and Vietnam Law Firms & Lawyers Awards’ Law Firm of the Year.
The awards fell in the same month as Vision & Associates’ 11th anniversary, and are testament to the firm’s commercial sense and understanding of core commercial issues. Vision & Associates was selected for both awards from short lists that included the other major commercial law firms in Vietnam.
